1. Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 12:00
2. Cancellation policy: the booking may be canceled free of charge 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise a one-night penalty is charged. In a No-show case, 100% of the reservation amount is paid.
3. Smoking policy: our hotel is strictly non-smoking. Each case of smoking in the room is subject to a fine of 50,000 AMD.
4. Child policy: accommodation of one child under 6 years old with parents is free of charge.
5. Visitor policy: The visitors have to leave the hotel premises by 23:00, or they have to register as hotel guests and pay the room rate (the rooms are subject to availability), or if the room occupancy allows, they can register as a guest in the same room with the visitor fee of AMD 7.000.
6. ID requirements: for security purposes as well as required by RA legislation, a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at the time of check-in. 
7. Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
8. Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

To operate the safe box and set up the code:
1. Press any button on the safe door, while it’s open.
2. There will be a beep and the blue light indicator will light up.
3. Enter your code (minimum 4 digits) and press LOCK to confirm.
There will be 2 sound coils.
4. To change the code: open the door, press CLEAR, then change the code and press LOCK.

Contact our reception if:
* The safe box door is closed at the time of check-in.
* You can’t remember your code/can't open or close the safe box.
* In case of any malfunctions, etc.

Please, leave the safe box open at the time of check-out.
